For those women who have difficulty transitioning from the floor-to-hands and knees-to-standing.

Join us as you’re guided through a yin (stretch) yang (flow) restore (relax) yoga practice using a chair as your main prop.  A yoga mat & a straight-back chair are required. (Two blocks are helpful props but not necessary).
