A community exercise program for individuals living with lung disease such as COPD. The Goal of the program is to:

  • Encourage daily movement and stay active
  • Help with the self-management of your condition
  • Improve daily lung function and help you feel better
  • Provide a safe and accessible exercise environment

Each class does include basic exercises done at your own pace
(Exercises will only be demoed during the information session,  but not practiced)
