Join Suzu from the Manitoba Chamber Orchestra to explore music by Indigenous composer and cellist Cris Derksen from Northern Alberta. We will explore music that immerses us in stories about humanity’s connection to the earth. Through listening, learning, and discussion, we will foster meaningful connections with the key themes, stories, and sounds that are created and performed by a true trailblazer.
