This session is for anyone who enjoys listening and learning about classical music, and wants to connect with others! We will be exploring music, interviews, and writings of women in the field of Western classical music, from medieval composer Hildegard of Bingen to living composers Odaline de la Martinez, Jessie Montgomery, and others. We will also explore videos and articles from women orchestral conductors including Jeri Lynne Johnson and MCO Music Director Anne Manson.
