We’ll begin with a serene walk, pausing to admire the fall colors and connect with the natural surroundings. After a brief break, we’ll continue with gentle yoga poses, stretching and relaxing amidst the beauty of the outdoors. This workshop offers a peaceful and rejuvenating experience, connecting you with nature through mindful movement. Appropriate for all levels. Yoga Mat or Towel required. Part of the World Wellness Weekend Events. Funded by Healthy Together Now. *Yoga will be outdoors, so please come prepared for an outdoor experience. In case of inclement weather, the yoga class will be moved to Zoom.
