This session invites participants to explore Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and its effects on mood, energy, and daily life. Participants will examine why seasonal changes affect people differently and reflect on how these shifts may impact their own experiences. Through discussion and practical examples, the workshop will highlight effective coping strategies and accessible resources to help manage the challenges of SAD. Attendees will leave with insights and tangible tools to support their well-being throughout the changing seasons. Attendees will be entered to win a self-care basket in honor of World Mental Health Day!
Pre-registration is required by calling (204) 477-1123. All women and gender-diverse people are welcome.
