Led by Alicia Sawka is a senior associate at Mercier Family Law, which is a boutique family law firm in Winnipeg, MB.
The first part of the presentation will focus on the Maintenance Enforcement Program (MEP), with specific emphasis on how to get started in the program, make changes to an order that is being enforced, and when (and how) to end involvement with MEP. The second part of the presentation will focus on supervised parenting time, with a specific focus on when it is appropriate, how to secure such services, and what are the pros and cons of private supervision.
