Strengths based journaling can help us identify our own unique strengths and reflect on them to support personal growth.

It helps us connect to our role in reaching successes, or getting through challenges, and helps to shift our mindset towards things we have control over instead of things we don’t.

When we connect to strengths we have within ourselves it can boost our resourcefulness, resilience, and self-esteem. Learning about our strengths also gives us an opportunity to build upon power we already have inside of us.
