๐ŸŽต What role does music play in your everyday life? ๐ŸŽต What role does music play in your everyday life?

At a recent FGWRC workshop, participants explored this question and much more during Music Strategies for Everyday Life with @kaijamusictherapy, a Certified Music Therapist.

Participants were introduced to the fascinating discipline of music therapy and explored how music can affect our bodies, brains and emotions. They also took away practical strategies and tools to support productivity, stress relief and emotional regulation in everyday life.

A big thank you to Kaija for sharing her knowledge and helping us discover new ways to bring the benefits of music into our daily lives! ๐Ÿ’š
