Acts of kindness, no matter how big or small, can have a big impact. You can truly make a difference in someone’s day.

Remember though, kindness starts within. Take the time to care for yourself. Do activities that bring you joy, practice self-care, and have self compassion.

Be kind to yourself:

Take deep breaths, Acknowledge your feelings, Practice self compassion, Go for a walk, Read a book, Sing or dance, Donate items you don’t need, Buy yourself flowers, Appreciate the beauty you see around you, Say affirmations.

Be kind to others:

Smile, Hold open the door, Give a compliment, Call or text friends or family, Send a thank you note, Volunteer, Listen to a friend, Buy someone a coffee or tea, Offer to do a chore, Pick up litter, Say ‘Have a nice day’.
